Alycia Autumn moved from Oregon to Santa Cruz in 1989. Since then she has been immersed in the Healing and Yoga community. Alycia has been a Massage Therapist since 2001. Ashtanga and Vinyasa has been her passion for many years, A devoted student of Pacific Cultural Center. Alycia Found Bikram Yoga Aptos and has been a Hot Yoga practitioner since 2011. Nicole Duke and her impeccable yoga skills inspired and motivated her to be the best Yogi on and off her mat, within this a revelation happened. Yoga is medicine and helps me spiritually and physically, giving me the self confidence and awareness that " We are always Enough. "
Alycia Completed a Vimana Vinyasa Training with Emily and Bel Carpenter. Hot Hatha Yogi's from Basalt Colorado. A combination of Vinyasa Flow with a twist of Bikram's Sequencing. As well as completing a 200 hour Hot Yoga Fusion Training blending Ashtanga Vinyasa, Power Flow. As Well as A Hot Pilates Training with Nicole Duke the owner of Hot Yoga Aptos, my mentor, teacher and sister. Integrity for the practice as well as love and compassion for the practitioners and teachers. Alycia recently has completed 500 hours of Hatha Yoga training via Zoom, From Yogi Sumit from Rishikesh India. The Yoga Capital of the world. Rishikesh is the foundng Yoga capital and has deep roots in Hatha Yoga practice, slow intentional moves that land deep into the body and mind. Also incorporating chanting, meditation and the importance of the sound of OM. Omnipresence one consciousness. Deepening her Yoga practice, beliefs, and connection to source. Alycia has recently fought and survived Breast Cancer and Chemotherapy treatment. With this journey being one of the best experiences and life lessons on whats important in Life and the Legacy we leave. Love and Relationships. With that being said It is powerful how our mindset, and outlook on life can change and direct our life. We are so powerful. It is also important to take care of our bodies and mind as we only have this to carry us through our life. Our self care is a forethought not an afterthought.
Although these principles are one of its own, Alycia believes wholeheartedly that Yoga can change a person's life for the better. She wanted to bring Quality Yoga to the Community of Boulder Creek, California where she resides. Also wanting to incorporate a program and safe place to use Yoga for Rehabilitation from injury, PTSD, drugs, and alcohol.
With a lot of hard work and determination, Alycia has persevered in bringing together a Therapeutic, Caring, Quality Yoga Teaching Community. We have a variety of Yoga. Hatha Flow to invigorate, promote alignment and strength. Hot Yoga Fusion and the Hot 26 for Stamina and Energy Flow throughout the day. Alycia is honored and excited to bring Yoga 9 Boulder Creek to this Community.

Rachel has been extremely passionate about mental health and wellness since she a young girl and has worked in various mental health settings and research position. She is dedicated to helping individuals enhance their well-being. Throughout her academic, clinical, and personal journey, she has discovered how essential mindfulness and movement are to the well-being of our brains and bodies. She has been incorporating these practices into her personal and professional work since. Several years ago she stumbled into her first hot yoga class and her love for yoga grew deeper. She has found through both persona experience and empiricism that this practice is an asset to managing life stressors that can otherwise lead to struggles like depression and anxiety. Rachel feels that it is essential to share this knowledge with others. This is why she decided to take her passion for mental health and he love for yoga to a whole new level and become a yoga teacher through certification from Yoga with Carson Academy. Rachel began teaching in the Monterey area before moving to Boulder Creek in November 2021. She looks forward to expanding her practice at Yoga 9 Boulder Creek and getting to know the local community, taking on this new journey through wellness with all of you. Outside of Yoga Rachel enjoys Pole Fitness, hiking, and Hula Hooping.
Growing up in the yoga capital of the world, Sumit had a natural inclination towards yoga from a very tender age. With time what started as a fun activity gradually became a learning experience. After years of able guidance, determination and rigorous training, Sumit not only learnt right postures, alignment and breathing but also imbibed the teachings about spiritual and mental processes and their prominence in performing asanas.
Following his passion for Yoga, Sumit is currently pursuing his graduation in yoga studies and is proficient in Ashthanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Krodha (Anger) Yoga. Sumit has done his professional yoga training from the renowned Ved Niketan Ashram Rishikesh. He has been associated with the International Yoga and Meditation Society with experience of conducting numerous yoga sessions for various camps and schools across Uttarakhand. Sumit considers himself a student who honors his lineage and through his teaching wishes to inspire others along this transformational path of life. |

Theta brain Increasing immunity functions ,increasing memory brain function ,libido, pain reduction, improve sleep patterns. Creating Ceremony through sounds to heal the body mind and spirit.
