Healing Flow is a rejuvenating, grounding, and nourishing blend of breath, alignment and movement that flows through postures and restorative poses to create a space for nourishment and replenishment. Come rest and grow your roots and open your hearts to blossom. As you nourish yourself through breath and movement we set strong roots and build a solid core to blossom the light of our own brightest being. This practice will help build inner awareness, of breathe, build core strength, and integrate body postures into active alignment with our own inner intuition.
A Gentle Yoga Class (non-heated) for all Levels, beginners or people who really want to take their practice to another level. Alignment based techniques using gentle movements with straps, and blocks. Using breath and mindfulness to stretch and relax your muscles, mind, body, and soul. Take time to take care of yourself. The HIIT: high intensity interval workout
This one hour heated class ( 90-103 degrees) is one amazing workout! Utilizing the principles of the Pilates method combined with High Intensity Interval Training set to powerful and fun music! Burn between 800-1000 calories in this class! All Levels are Welcome, always customize to fit your body, do what you can be safe, and have fun.
