By Design to warm and stretch ligaments, muscles and tendons. The heat and humidity allows your body to warm up and prevent injury and go deeper into your Asana. A graceful strong practice with no weight bearing on hands and wrists so this allows EVERY BODY all shapes and sizes to be successful in this practice. Good music and Good vibes. The HIIT: high intensity interval workout
This one hour heated class ( 90-103 degrees) is one amazing workout! Utilizing the principles of the Pilates method combined with High Intensity Interval Training set to powerful and fun music! Burn between 800-1000 calories in this class! All Levels are Welcome, always customize to fit your body, do what you can be safe, and have fun.
Warm about 70 degrees to keep muscles loose Vimana flow, which incorporates a fusion of Gentle yet powerful Vinyasa Flow with a blend of postures (asana's) and Breath (pranayama)and some relaxing restorative poses, also an added Yoga Nidra meditaion to close it out the last 15-20 minutes of class leaving you feeling blissful and revitalized.
